Megatel’s customers are eligible for MEGA Saver discounts when they bundle their electricity with broadband, mobile or gas.  

MEGA Saver provides the following monthly ongoing discount with no fixed term contract requirements: 

  • electricity: 5% discount
  • natural gas: 10% discount 
  • broadband: $20 discount 
  • mobile: $3 to $16 discount.  

New customers receive a $250 welcome credit for electricity (1-year term) and a 3-month half-price promotion for mobile (open term).

Complaints  

If you have a complaint, get in contact with Megatel’s customer service team. Where the customer service team is unable to resolve your complaint, it will be passed to the in-house Resolutions team, who will work with you to come to a fair and reasonable resolution

Megatel will not disconnect the electricity or natural gas supplies for unpaid bills for customers who have been verified as medically dependent. 

If you or someone living with you (even for a short period) depends on electricity or natural gas to run critical medical support equipment, you should contact Megatel’s customer service team.   

Customers that have been verified as vulnerable should inform Megatel’s customer service team who can provide advice on supply or payment options.
